How it works
1. Sign up & Create your Mentor Account
Become a Mentor in under 1 minute. Just create your profile.
2. MentorC Team will contact Mentors for prequalification
Mentor prequalification includes an introduction to MentorC, validation of the mentor’s background and aspirations to ensure a positive experience.
3. Mentors Profiles activated with full access & visible on platform
Explore the platform and enrich your profile—this helps the right Mentees find and connect with you.
4. Mentors receive connection request from Mentees
You’re free to accept or decline connection requests. If a request doesn’t align with the mentoring purpose, please flag it to the MentorC team
5. Initial catch up (phone/in person/video) between Mentors & Mentee
Direct dialogue between Mentor and Mentee to align on purpose, approach and service terms from Mentor
6. Mentees book Mentor for mentoring session through platform
