There are no formal obligations. However, we value and encourage referrals of other distinguished Mentors or prospective Mentees.
MentorC is exclusively dedicated to Executive level. It provides a trusted, confidential environment for Mentees to connect with Executive Mentors. All Mentors are personally interviewed by our CEO & Co-founder, who has more than 15 years in Recruiting & Executive Search in various industry, to ensure the Quality pool of our Mentors. Unlike many platforms, MentorC does not deliver training/coaching courses. It focuses solely on helping Mentee find the best Executive Mentors.

MentorC Community is an exlusive community. If you want to become member of MentorC Community, a membership fee will be charged.
Mentorship fees are agreed upon directly between Mentors and Mentees. Payments are made from Mentees to Mentors based on their mutual agreement. MentorC does not participate in or oversee any financial arrangements.
We have created an engagement platform to help Mentor and Mentee keep track their mentoring journey at ease. To ensure benefits for both parties, all mentoring sessions should be scheduled via MentorC.
Check-ins are structured touchpoints conducted by MentorC team with Mentors and Mentees to help them review the outcome and conflicts resolution.
